Services 

1.  An initial visit, and first time assessment, at no charge.
2.  Suggestions on setting up a home that protects and comforts the client.
3.  Trained Christian Science Nurses (full-time or part-time).
4.  Home Support Managers providing companionship on a 24/7 basis.
5.  Housekeeping, providing order, and cleanliness to the healing atmosphere.
6.  Refurbishment to exhibit beauty and harmony in your home.
7.  Transportation, shopping or escorting personalized to your needs.

Clients Requirements 

a.      Complete a form stating that they are radically relying on Christian Science for care, or provide us with a Power of Attorney for Health Care.
b.     Complete an Application for Services.
c.     Service Contract with two weeks deposit.  This deposit is refunded following payment of the final bill.
d.     Application for Financial Assistance, if benevolence is requested.

Insurance 

Harmony at Home Foundation is a recognized provider for some insurance carriers who honor long term home nursing for Christian Scientists.  When a client has insurance and desires to make a claim for the services that Harmony at Home Foundation has provided, we will assist you in obtaining the proper documentation.  However, the client is responsible for payment to Harmony at Home directly, prior to being reimbursed from the insurance company.   

Each case will be accessed, and a quotation for charges will be provided to you.  Applications for benevolence are available for review and consideration.
